That time when we took a 'basic' tour of Coron

Coron is part of the Calamian Group of Islands, which serves as a jumping point for island-hopping adventures to other islands in the area as well as for the wide-range of exciting activities Palawan has to offer: snorkeling, scuba diving, hiking and trekking, and so much more.

There are two rides - the 3D Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride through Hogwarts, and the small roller coaster Flight of the Hippogriff. You also get in line to Ollivanders where there's a bit of a show for the wand to find the wizard before you shop for your wand. With your interactive wand, there are various spots throughout the park where you can use it.

The Antidote to Post-Travel Blues

Bianca: So, did you find one? An antidote? 

Me: No. 

It's been almost three weeks since we came back from our family vacation to the Philippines, and I haven't written a single word about it. Aside from this trip being the highlight of our summer, with so much anticipatory joy surrounding the weeks (or maybe even months) leading to it, it was also our first time back to our home country since moving to the United States five years ago. So, for us, our downer mood isn't just brought about by having to transition back to the real world, it's also due to having to get used to not being surrounded by the love and care of family and longtime friends.
