Previously called the Pennsylvania State House, this Georgian edifice now known as the Independence Hall is the venue where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were signed. It is located on Chestnut Street, between 5th and 6th Streets, with its north facade leading to a cobblestone street and to the Independence Mall.
